What We Do Residential or Intensive Day: The Residential program is staffed 24 hours a day and has 20 beds for men and 10 for women. The average stay is 90 days, but clients can stay 30 days to six months, according to their need. For clients who must stay home in the evenings, the Intensive Day program offers the same daily recovery program for up to five clients, five days a week. We have 30-day blackout period Both recovery programs are designed to give clients the tools and resources they need to rebuild their lives and stay clean and sober. Education, Counseling, structured groups, and AA and NA meetings are a large part of our program. Also available to our clients is a gym and volleyball court, plus planned recreational activities. Client participation in all aspects of our program is the key to success and is therefore required.
Outpatient: Outpatient services are offered nights and weekends for the benefit of persons who work during daytime hours but want recovery. It is a 90-day program focusing on education of addictions, self-awareness, relapse, and commitment to recovery. Like the Residential and Intensive Day programs, it gives the client tools to rebuild their lives and stay clean and sober. Anger Management: Anger, an often-underlying reason for substance abuse and/or relapse, is one of the most misunderstood emotions. Our Anger Management program helps persons to constructively deal with anger. The six week program meets once a week for two hours at our facility, and takes an in-depth look at what anger is, identifying it, and techniques to effectively handle anger. This affordable program is offered to our clients as well as outside referrals. Families Families can be an integral part of the recovery process. The ongoing Family program for our clients is offered every third Saturday throughout the year. Family members and friends will be invited for this day long program. The presentation highlights medical aspects, the family illness, the family recovery process, and provides resources for family members. Lunch is served.
